'DEADLY ERROR': Democrats 'Dumbfounded' By Jayapal's Letter Calling for 'Rapid End' to Ukraine War
Presstitutes and politicians have banned any talk of peace
It’s a “deadly error” to seek peace for Ukraine in Washington.
The Hill — a widely read publication — ran a story Thursday talking about the fallout form the letter so-called “progressives” sent to President Biden earlier this week calling for negotiations in Ukraine.
The news outlet said the decision by Rep. Pramila Jayapal’s office to release the letter “pressing President Biden to engage directly with Russia to bring the months-long conflict in Ukraine to “a rapid end” has dumbfounded many of Jayapal’s colleagues, who fear it weakened the president’s hand — and strengthened embattled Russian President Vladimir Putin’s — just as Ukrainian forces have turned the tide of the conflict in their favor.”
One unnamed source called it a “deadly error” for Jayapal and she could now miss out on House leadership positions. “That was a big screw-up. People were pissed — like, what are we doing on messaging?”
The letter called on the White House to “pair the military and economic support the United States has provided to Ukraine with a proactive diplomatic push, redoubling efforts to seek a realistic framework for a ceasefire.”
They wrote that their appeal is consistent with Biden’s earlier recognition that “there’s going to have to be a negotiated settlement,” and his concern that Russian President Vladimir Putin is out of options and does not have a clear path out.
That was too much for Washington to take. Rep. Pramila Jayapal, the chair of the Congressional Progressive Caucus, had to retract the letter and issued a mea culpa:
“In a letter to President Biden today, my colleagues and I advocated for the administration to continue ongoing military and economic support for Ukrainians while pursuing diplomatic support to Ukraine to ensure we are helpful partners on efforts to reach ‘a solution that is acceptable to the people of Ukraine.”
“The Congressional Progressive Caucus hereby withdraws its recent letter to the White House regarding Ukraine,” Jayapal said in a statement. “The letter was drafted several months ago, but unfortunately was released by staff without vetting. As Chair of the Caucus, I accept responsibility for this.”
TREND FORECAST: It has always been about the “political messaging” and never about Ukrainian lives. We are led by mentally deranged people.
Ukraine would have been forced to negotiate with Russia months ago if not for the multi-billion dollar weapon flows from the West and billions in funding to prop up the economically broke and busted Kyiv government.
The West is fighting more than just a “proxy war” with Russia. It is, by its money and weapons transfers into Ukraine, an accessory to the crime.
We forecast, as economies in the West decline, the war drags on, and Ukraine loses more territory to Russia... the massive weapons and money flows will dry up and Russia will win the war.
But then again, there is always the wild card, and this one is a false flag or real nuclear exchange in which case, if We the People do not unite for Peace and Freedom, it will be the beginning of the end of life on earth and the thousands year “Little Ice Age,” as we noted in this Trends Journal (See NUCLEAR WAR: MELT, BURN AND FREEZE).
The Citzens Assembly against Austerity in England have something to say about that perhaps issue budget for U.N Foid program and UNODOC to keep focus on peace.
Perhaps the deadly error would be fo admit the poor in Russia were not totalitarian years ago during Cold War or the poor are not totalitarian now due to one poor person say putting Jimmy Diamond in jail and people like that. I understand is a good example.
