The Russian “Z” has a mysterious origin, and was seen popping up on Russian tanks in the early days of the 24 February invasion. Some of the theories is that the letter was written on tanks to prevent friendly fire, and others believe the letter could stand for Ukrainian President Zelensky’s name.
