GIRALDI: U.S. Could 'Fix the Situation' in Middle East by Cutting off Israel's Financial, Military Support

If the U.S. was interested in a two-state solution for Palestine and Israel, the Biden administration could “fix the situation” in one day by cutting off Israel’s weapons and financial support, but there is no political will to live up to the U.S. Constitution in Washington, Phil Giraldi, the former CIA analyst, said in an interview with Judge Andrew Napolitano.

He said Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris would also not be willing to push Israel to agree to a two-state solution.

“This is the tragedy of the situation,” he said. “We have this tragedy playing out in front of us — right in front of our faces when we open a newspaper or turn on the news…we see this. The killing is not stopping and it’s all being done by the Israelis and it is something that is contrived to get the United States to intervene directly and militarily on their behalf.”

He said Washington has abdicated its responsibility and members of the administration are “war criminals, just like [Israeli Prime Minister] Benjamin Netanyahu.”
