Musk Joined Trump on Call With Zelensky

The Pay Pal Mafia played an enormous role in getting Trump to pick JD Vance as his running mate.

Elon Musk, the Tesla billionaire, briefly joined a phone conversation between U.S President-elect Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Wednesday, according to Axios.

Zelensky called Trump to congratulate him on his victory over Kamala Harris when Musk reportedly walked into the room. Musk’s interaction with Zelensky was reportedly brief and he promised to send more Starlink ground stations. (The Wall Street Journal noted that Trump promised Musk a role in his administration.)

There have been some concerns inside Washington’s Uniparty (War Party) that Trump could end the U.S. support for Ukraine and force Kyiv to negotiate.

But both Russia and experts in the U.S. believe Trump will maintain the status quo.

In October 2022, Musk took to Twitter, now X, to lay out a possible blueprint for peace.

He said the UN could oversee referendums in the newly annexed regions, and Russia would have to agree to leave if the people voted them out. He noted that Crimea would be formally recognized as part of Russia “as it has been since 1783 (until Khushchev’s mistake).”

Musk echoed at the time what The Trends Journal has been saying since the beginning of the war: that Ukraine will likely end up with the same outcome, it is just a matter of how many people have to die before an agreement is reached.

Musk took also to Twitter in February 2023 to accurately state that nobody is pushing the Ukraine War more than Victoria “Fuck the EU” Nuland, the former under-secretary of state for political affairs at the U.S. State Department.

It is unclear if Musk maintains that negotiations should begin in Ukraine.

He is close with Peter Thiel, one of the founders of Palantir, which has been used on the battlefield by the Ukrainian forces.

Trump’s campaign has benefited from a cabal of Silicon Valley executives who seemed to have played a disproportionate role in getting Sen. J.D. Vance, R-Ohio, to be picked as Trump’s running mate.

Podcast hosts all connected to Thiel held a fundraiser in San Francisco in June to discuss who Trump should tap for his running mate. The fundraiser was held at the “opulent Pacific Heights mansion” belonging to David Sachs, The Wall Street Journal reported.

They all agreed that Vance, who once worked for Thiel, would be the perfect choice.

The paper noted that Vance’s time in Silicon Valley was unremarkable, but he managed to kiss the right ass, like Musk and Thiel, who have been called leaders of the “PayPal Mafia” because of their reach throughout Silicon Valley.

The Guardian wrote that Thiel’s millions “paved the way for Vance to become a senator.”

“Thiel put a staggering $15m into Vance’s campaign,” and “helped court Trump’s endorsement, leading to Vance winning a tightly contested Republican primary race and then the senate election.”

Clearly a longer war in Ukraine and an expanded war in the Middle East would mean more profits for Palantir.

TRENDPOST: Rachel Maddow, the MSNBC host, noted that Vance was not a widely known public figure but Thiel took him under his wing.

“Peter Thiel got J.D. Vance a job at a biotech company in San Francisco after J.D. Vance graduated from law school,” Maddow said. She continued, “Writing a memoir and otherwise being Peter Thiel’s intern is not usually the way you get to be a vice presidential nominee.”

Pete Buttigieg, the Transportation secretary, crushed Vance during an interview with Bill Maher.

“I knew a lot of people like him when I got to Harvard. I found a lot of people like him who would say whatever they needed to get ahead, and 5 years ago, that seemed like being the anti-Trump Republican.”
