Here are a few highlights:
NEW COVID-19 MANDATES
NAPOLITANO: “I think a revolution of freedom is coming, because I think any president or mayor or governor who attempts to put the country through, again, what we it just went through in the last two years, will find tremendous civil disobedience. To the point where even the cops – who are supposedly enforcing this nonsense – will, just like when the Soviet Union fell, they'll be on the side of the resistors. Because people just won't put up with this any longer.”
BROOKLYN SHOOTING
NAPOLITANO: “I'm really glad that I obey the city's gun laws and don't carry a gun. I'm really glad that nobody on that subway car was armed. If anybody in that subway car had been able to exercise their constitutional rights, 16 people wouldn't have been shot. One would have been shot..the killer.”
SECOND AMENDMENT
NAPOLITANO: “That speech that President Biden gave on guns earlier this week “was just so dopey, loopy, and ignorant of the constitution. It's hard to believe the President of the United States, himself a lawyer, the former chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee, is so ignorant of constitutional principles.”
NAPOLITANO: “Well, genocide is irrelevant here. Genocide is wiping out a race or a religion or a gender. I condemn with what Putin is doing but this is not genocide. This is a dispute over borders that has been going on for 100 years and the American public is only getting one side of it, what the media wants them to see.”
