U.S. President Joe Biden and fellow neocon warmongers in Washington like to run around threatening Russia that if the Ukraine War spreads into “one inch” of NATO territory, it would trigger Article 5, which means the entire alliance would go to war.

But, once again, policy experts in Washington agree that the article is filled with loopholes that would not guarantee an alliance-wide war if such a line was crossed.
