Putin Calls U.S. Main Adversary, Signs New Naval Doctrine That Should Worry West
The Trends Journal magazine has called on a peaceful resolution in Ukraine
Russian President Vladimir Putin marked Russia’s Navy Day by signing a 55-page naval doctrine that clearly identifies the U.S. as Moscow's top adversary.
The Russian president did not mention the Ukraine War, and said, “The key thing here is the capability of the Russian Navy…It is able to respond with lightning speed to all who decides to infringe on our sovereignty and freedom,” according to Reuters.
Putin also announced that the Russian Navy will begin to sail ships that can fire its “Zircon” hypersonic cruise missile. Reports said the missile can travel at about five times the speed of sound.
Putin signed the doctrine in St. Petersburg, a port city on the Baltic Sea. GCapitan reported that Putin’s doctrine also approved a new facility to build aircraft carriers in Kaliningrad.
The report said: “The decree also says that controlling the activities of foreign states in the waters of the Northern Sea Route is a priority, and envisages a permanent Russian naval presence in the Mediterranean. Named as a major threat to Russia’s security was the US’s “strategic course to dominate the oceans.”
Putin took part in a naval parade that included more than 40 ships and submarines.
The Heritage Foundation’s 2021 Index of U.S. Military Strength said “Russia remains the primary threat to American interests in Europe and is the most pressing threat to the United States,” describing Russia as “aggressive in its behavior and formidable in its growing capabilities.”

Congressional Research Service wrote on 21 March 2022: “Relations between the United States and Russia have shifted over time—sometimes reassuring and sometimes concerning—yet most experts agree that Russia is the only nation that poses, through its arsenal of nuclear weapons, an existential threat to the United States.”
TRENDPOST: The Trends Journal is completely opposed to Russian President Vladimir Putin’s decision to invade Ukraine, but—as we have long pointed out—it does not come as a surprise since Moscow views Kyiv’s partnership with the U.S. and NATO as an existential threat.
But we have been calling for Kyiv to sit down and negotiate for peace. Russia has already identified its demands.
Its top demand was that Ukraine agrees to take a neutral stance and will not apply for NATO membership. Kyiv would also have to disarm, would have to deNazify, and must protect the Russian language in the eastern region of the country.
Russia has pulled its troops from Kyiv to focus on its offensive in the east. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has recently called on Ukrainian citizens to flee the area, but has held the position that there will be no peaceful settlement until Russian forces relinquish all the land it seized during the conflict, which will never happen.
As lack of U.S U,N Peace keeping offices inside U.S and application of the U.N Charter with in the issue which would have Putin see it that way revenue authorization forms for contributions to U,N Peace keeping can be directed by just saying joint authorization by U.S and Rissuan people to fund UNODOC offices in U.S and then transfer all European armies for peace keeping duties as UNODOC.
Also if IRS money can be directed through Joint Special Forces Operation Commabd to create UNODOC unit that us training funds directed UNODOC training program . Sales tax d and such through authorization firm as hard to ask all U.S tax payers Ryssuan Naval ships could also use cybernetic capabilities to transfer IRS funds or ddcdnhe funds if can find way for an international form sent from them.
