Russia Will Achieve 'Ugly Victory' in Ukraine, No NATO for Future Rump State, Mearsheimer Predicts

The Trends Journal, which is completely ignored by the mainstream, has called on Ukraine to negotiate and ignore the warmongers in the West.

The Trends Journal has said since before the war that Russia has a much larger military than Ukraine and that Russian President Vladimir Putin would achieve his goals.

Russia will achieve an “ugly victory” in Ukraine, will seize another four oblasts, and will prevent NATO membership for what’s left the “rump state,” Professor John Mearsheimer said in an interview that aired Tuesday.

Mearsheimer said the four additional oblasts are in addition to the four already under its control — or about 40 percent of “pre-war Ukraine.”

“And I think you will be left with a dysfunctional rump state in the form of Ukraine,” he told Piers Morgan. “And that rump state will not be joining NATO.”
