Ukraine Cannot Win Without Sparking Nuclear Annihilation: Former British Diplomat
Western news media continues to downplay that Ukraine is using U.S. weapons to kill Russian civilians
Craig Murray, the historian and former British ambassador, told Judge Andrew Napolitano’s podcast on Thursday that despite hundreds of billions from the West, Ukraine is in a worse position than two years ago and there’s no way it could Kyiv could emerge victorious without sparking nuclear annihilation.
“There’s no way it could win this war without inflicting so much damage on Russia itself, in the heart of Russia, that it would be bound to provoke nuclear war. There's no way that Ukraine could win this war without provoking nuclear annihilation,” he said.
He said we know that there is a huge amount of corruption in Ukraine which could be the world's most corrupt country, and it's not necessarily about winning the war, “it's about making money and prolonging the war.”
“At some stage, they're going to run out of Ukrainians willing to die for them,” he said.
Meanwhile, the Western news media continues to downplay that Ukraine is using U.S. weapons to kill Russian civilians. A missile strike on a Crimean beach on Sunday that killed five people, including two children, and injured over 124 was still being processed by the Kremlin, which vowed a response.

Dmitry Medvedev, deputy chair of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, said Thursday that the Western plan to steal billions in Russian assets could be grounds for war.
“The seizure and forfeiture of state assets could be qualified, under certain circumstances, as an act of aggression, and could even be considered casus belli,” he said, according to RT. “No country is safe from confiscation of its assets, under the ‘order’ that is based on US domination.”
TRENDPOST: Putin presented his peace offering as the person comfortably in the driver’s seat.
He told reporters that the peace offer was “specific” and “real.”
“If Kyiv and Western capitals refuse it as they did before, then that’s their issue at the end of the day—their political and moral responsibility for the continued bloodshed. Obviously, the facts on the ground at the front will continue to change, not in the Kyiv regime’s favor, and the conditions to begin negotiations will be different,” he said.
The Trends Journal has long noted that the longer Ukraine waits to negotiate, the more land will be ceded, and the tougher the proposal from Russia will be.
Any talk of peace in Ukraine is banned because the West wants to weaken Putin and keep him from the trillions in natural resources inside Ukraine.
In May 2022, Henry Kissinger, the warmongering former U.S. secretary of state, who has since died, told an audience at Davos that Ukraine should be willing to cede territory to further the peace process.
Kissinger saw some success during his time as the U.S.’s top diplomat with the Soviet Union and played a role in arms control treaties like the Strategic Arms Limitation Treaty and the Anti-Ballistic Missile Treaty.
He told the audience in Davos that it would be “fatal” for Western countries to disregard Russia’s position of power within Europe.
“I hope the Ukrainians will match the heroism they have shown with wisdom,” Kissinger said.
Kissinger was never an honest broker. He deceived his allies in the West as much as much as his opponents in the East. His life was dedicated to pursuing the interests of the British Empire. He said so in a speech at Chatham House which is a think tank of the British oligarchy today.
I confronted Henry Kissinger about his corruption in a chance encounter at the B terminal of the Newark Airport in February 1982. I asked Kissinger "if it was true what General Westmorland stated in an open letter to the New York Times, that your involvement in the Vietnam War caused tens of thousands more deaths?" Kissinger was known as a chatty-kathy, but this time he could only muster, "Jesus Christ" looking straight ahead, saying not another word. But his wife Nancy would go berzerk when my friend and LaRouche associate asked Kissinger in a loud voice "is it also true that you sleep with young boys at the Carlisle Hotel?" Nancy wasted no time grabbing my friend by the throat with one hand while doubling up her fist with the other..."Do you want to get slugged" Nancy yelled! My friend screamed as Nancy pressed closer to my friend's face. Kissinger's two bodyguards, startled by Nancy's outrageous behavior grabbed Nancy and dragged away. All three had to hurry down the concourse to catch up with Henry who was by this time alone in a sea of travelers. My friend pressed charges and a trial would later ensue. The Judge in this case, at the end of the preliminary hearing, found that Nancy was only guilty of protecting her husband who was on his way to have triple bypass surgery. And thus the judge ordered the charges dropped. Nancy, with here chubby neophyte husband by her side, walked out of the courtroom scott free. The case was picked up by Associated Press and received national and international publicity.
