U.S. President Joe Biden posted on X: Failing to provide Zelensky with another $61 billion “risks giving Putin the greatest gift he could ever hope for and abandoning our global leadership.”

Sergei Naryshkin, Russia’s top spy, said in a statement that Ukraine will eventually turn into a “black hole,” and absorb more resources and people and the U.S. risks creating a second Vietnam for itself, “and every new American administration will have to deal with it.”
