Nothing says it’s time to party quite like a new nuclear weapons deal.

South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol met with President Joe Biden in Washington late last month to talk nuclear weapons, and the two could barely contain their gaiety during a state dinner on Wednesday that included Yoon singing Don McLean’s classic “American Pie,” much to the delight of the political and social elite in attendance.
