JD Vance, the man Peter Thiel helped force down America’s throat as vice president, said Wednesday that Russia has been “asking for too much” in negotiations for an end to the war in Ukraine — which should come to a surprise only to Donald Trump’s novices who don’t understand that the winning country gets to dictate the terms for a truce.
“I wouldn’t say that the Russians are uninterested in bringing this thing to a resolution. What I would say is, right now, the Russians are asking for a certain set of requirements, a certain set of concessions in order to end the conflict. We think they’re asking for too much,” Vance said.
The Trends Journal has long forecast that Trump, who has surrounded himself with neocons like Secretary of State Marco Rubio, was full of shit when he said he would be able to end the war quickly.
