Dmytro Kuleba, Ukraine’s foreign minister, said in an interview published Wednesday that he believes Johnson saw the light before changing his mind on the bill. He said he saw glimmers of hope when Johnson, who holds ties to Israel's far-right extremists, sent a video message of support to a prayer breakfast in December, The Guardian reported.
