So this 'journalist' is saying, by extension, that there are no innocent civilians, period.
Then EVERYTHING that ANY government does is done by the will of 100% of its people, and credit or blame belongs to ALL of them. Furthermore, that has to be presumed true whether said government is a democracy, a dictatorship, or anything in between.
And if said government is NOT acting with the will of 100% of its people, those who don't agree must take action, SOME kind of action, again and again, each time that country fails to achieve a perfect consensus on each thing it does. Really?
By the way, for those reading this who live in those simulacrums popularly referred to as "democracies", how is that working out in YOUR country? Is YOUR government acting in accordance with YOUR will and concurrence? If not, what are you going to do about it? Vote harder?
