U.S. President Donald Trump is no longer hiding the fact that he follows Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s lead on his administration’s policy on Israel.

Trump met with Netanyahu earlier this month in the White House and was asked about the viability of a two-state solution in the Middle East, and, (in the words of Ralph Nader) like a pussy cat, asked Netanyahu to answer the question, who reverently said was the “greatest man on Earth” to answer the question.

As the U.S.-backed starvation campaign in Gaza continues to worsen, the president was asked about the enclave on Friday and he expressed dismay that Hamas refused Steve Witkoff’s ceasefire deal.

“Hamas didn't really want to make a deal,” Trump said. “I think they want to die, and it's very bad. It got to a point where you have to finish the job.”

Trump said the Israelis will have to continue to fight and “clean it up.”

Witkoff, who partied with Miriam Adelson and Mossad's head in New York just before Israel’s sneak attack on Iran, posted: “We have decided to bring our team home from Doha for consultations after the latest response from Hamas, which clearly shows a lack of desire to reach a ceasefire in Gaza. While the mediators have made a great effort, Hamas does not appear to be coordinated or acting in good faith. We will now consider alternative options to bring the hostages home and try to create a more stable environment for the people of Gaza. It is a shame that Hamas has acted in this selfish way. We are resolute in seeking an end to this conflict and a permanent peace in Gaza.”

TRENDPOST: Trump said the quiet part out loud on Friday.

He said: “We’re down to the final hostages, and they know what happens after you get the final hostages. And basically because of that, they really didn’t want to make a deal.”
