Rubio Prepares Americans for War With Iran So Israel Can Continue Assassinating People Inside Foreign Consulates

Sen. Marco Rubio wants Americans to know that we are on the verge of war with Iran because only the U.S. and Israel have the right to carry out illegal strikes in other countries to assassinate people.

When a country strikes back, U.S. politicians and their media whores call the response a terror strike.

Rubio, who has close ties to AIPAC, has been ringing the alarm bells that Israel is facing an imminent attack “directly from Iran and in combination with coordinated attacks by Hezbollah, Houthis & Iranian proxies in Syria & Iraq.”

“Biden must stop the harsh criticism of the only pro-American democracy in the region & make clear the U.S. will support them in defending against and responding to any such attacks,” he posted.

Rubio posted today: “Barring some last minute development Iran is going to attack Israel. The response and risk of escalation will depend on what and how they attack.”

Hossein Amirabdollahian, Iran’s foreign minister, said Monday that the U.S. gave Israel the “green light” before the deadly attack on Tehran’s consulate in Damascus and said Washington should also be held responsible.

Amirabdollahian was in Damascus to inaugurate Iran’s new consulate in Syria, which is near the location of the previous building that was destroyed by Israel. 

Syria’s Foreign Minister Faisal Mekdad was also on hand and said during a press conference that Damascus stands with the “resistance” factions in the region, Reuters reported. 

Syrian President Bashar al-Assad also met with Amirabdollahian and said Tel Aviv’s effort to strike regional targets is an example of desperation and “madness.”

He said Israel’s military operation in Gaza has been a failure. 

Israel has said it is prepared to respond to any kind of Iranian attack.

“We are prepared for this; we have good defensive systems and know how to act forcefully against Iran in both near and distant places. We are operating in cooperation with the USA and strategic partners in the region,” IDF Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi said on Sunday, according to The Jerusalem Post.

The consulate strike drew widespread condemnation.

Last week’s attack killed senior leaders in the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, including Brigadier General Mohammad Reza Zahedi, a veteran commander who led the IRGC foreign operations wing, the Quds Force, in Syria and Lebanon, Al Jazeera reported. 

Analysts told the outlet that Iran almost has to respond to the consulate attack because it has publicly committed itself to avenge the consulate attack. They do not believe Iran wants war with Israel or the U.S.

Iran said it carried out strikes on the Mossad headquarters in Iraq in response “to the recent evil acts of the Zionist regime in martyring IRGC and resistance commanders.”
