Trump’s Former Extremist Ambassador to Israel to Pitch West Bank Annexation to Old Boss, Based on U.S.’s 'BIBLICAL' Duty

Trump is the favored candidate among Israeli extremists

David Friedman, the pro-Iseael extremist who was tapped by Donald Trump as the U.S. ambassador, aims to persuade the former president if elected again to support Israel’s annexation of the West Bank based on the U.S.’s “biblical” duty.

Friedman argues in his new book, “One Jewish State: The Last, Best Hope to Resolve the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict,” that Washington should support Israel’s annexation “based first and foremost on biblical prophecies and values.”

He told The Forward that he will share his annexation plan with Trump “at the appropriate time,” according to The Middle East Eye.

Friedman, as the pro-settlement ambassador, “brought about the recognition of the Jewish state’s annexation of the occupied formerly Syrian Golan Heights, also an illegal concession, and the de facto granting of a free hand to Israel for dealing with the Palestinians as it sees fit, which is playing out currently,” Philip Giraldi, the former CIA analyst wrote

TRUMP’S BIBLE IS MONEY

Trump has tried to separate himself from Democrats by portraying himself as the only presidential candidate in 2024 who is fully loyal to Israel – and questioned how any Jewish American could ever vote for anyone else.

His major campaign backer, Miriam Adelson, the widowed wife of pro-Israel billionaire Sheldon Adelson, says she will do whatever it takes to see to it that Donald Trump is back in the White House. 

“President Trump deserves the full support of the entire Jewish people. And anyone who cares about Israel’s security and prosperity, this must be our pledge to him—this must be our promise to him – that the White House will be his again come January,” she said, according to a report in CNBC.

Trump has billed himself as even more pro-Israel than Biden.

“Any Jewish person that votes for Democrats hates their religion. They hate everything about Israel, and they should be ashamed of themselves because Israel will be destroyed,” Trump said in an earlier interview.

Trump made similar comments in 2015 when he told the Republican Jewish Coalition that Jews who vote for Democrats are “very disloyal to Israel.”

Trump said Thursday that he urged Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to achieve victory faster in Gaza because “the killing has to stop.” He told reporters that he did not push for a ceasefire in Gaza and said Netanyahu “knows what he’s doing.”

The Times of Israel reported that Adelson joined Trump at an event in Bedminster and the former president criticized his Democratic opponent Kamala Harris for “always demanding ceasefire.”

“From the start, Harris has worked to tie Israel’s hand behind its back, demanding an immediate ceasefire, always demanding ceasefire,” he said.

Adelson’s late husband gave Trump’s campaign $90 million in 2020 in exchange for a promise to move the U.S. embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.

Adelson is a physician and one of the richest women on earth. The Times called her a “political carbon copy of her husband: intensely pro-Israel, rabidly partisan, and a believer in the nobility of using her money, north of $30 billion, and her beauty empire to buy influence and shape the world.”

Trump has returned the favor and awarded Adelson with the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the nation’s highest honor, The Washington Post noted.

The paper noted that less than two months before she was given the honor, she had donated half a million dollars to a legal fund “set up to aid Trump allies swept up in the investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election.”
